If you live in Brisbane, we can arrange for you to do same day pick up of your Veo device. For other areas, delivery times can vary depending on the location and the shipping method chosen. For instance, some orders may be delivered within 2-5 business days, while others might take longer, especially for remote areas

All payments are made through the PayPal payment portal and no credit card details are kept on our website.

After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email. The order will be processed as soon as the payment is cleared, and customers will be notified once the order is ready for collection or has been shipped

Yes, customers will receive an invoice for their order. The invoice is typically sent via email once the order is processed
