Refunds, Warranty & Support Policy
Note: Purchase of Hardware Requires A Subscription
When you purchase a VEO Camera through us, it is mandatory to also acquire the necessary subscriptions or A Subscription from Veo. Please be aware that the hardware will not function without the appropriate subscriptions or A Subscription.
1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
2. Warranty & Support – Handled Directly by Veo
All warranty claims and technical support requests for Veo products must be handled directly through Veo. Sports Action Cameras is not responsible for approving or processing warranty claims.
Veo provides a manufacturer’s warranty for up to 3 years, covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions (not accidental damage). If you believe your Veo Cam 3 is faulty, you must contact Veo directly for support and follow their warranty and repair process.
How to Request Warranty & Support from Veo:
Veo’s Warranty Coverage:
- Year 1: Veo will attempt to repair your camera free of charge. If repair is not possible, they may replace it with a refurbished Veo Cam 3, provided the device has not been tampered with or damaged.
- Years 2-3: Veo offers paid repair services. If the camera cannot be repaired, they may offer a paid refurbished Veo Cam 3.
- Not Covered: Warranty does not apply if the camera has been dropped, tampered with, disassembled, or damaged by the user.
Repair Costs (Year 2-3)
If your Veo camera is outside the free repair period but still within warranty (Years 2-3), Veo offers a paid repair service. The cost varies by region:
- Australia: $999 AUD (includes shipping)
- Other regions: See Veo’s website for details.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Non-Warranty Issues)
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. This applies only to issues unrelated to manufacturer faults. Please provide photographs of the package, box and contents.
How to Lodge a Return for a Damaged or Incorrect Item:
- Contact Us – Email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Evidence – Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos.
- Return the Product – We will provide instructions on returning the item, if required.
If your claim is approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, including return shipping if applicable.
4. Exclusions
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after opening the product.
- Accidental damage, misuse, or improper installation.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products that have been modified, disassembled, or used in a manner not intended by the manufacturer.
